Lead Planner for the EPC-2 Teamwill support the overall EPC-2 planning requirements. The Roleincludes schedule management of both Company and Contractorschedules including Turnover and Commissioning planning. Issuanceof regular planning status deliverables and leading the developmentof Recovery & Forecast Constructionschedules.Provides Construction &Commissioning schedule & planning expertise to bolster theEPC-2 Planning Team. In addition to project works will also provideCommissioning support for project scope of work. Attend essentialmeetings face to face.Development and updatingof EPC-2 Level 2 schedule to incorporate schedule from EPC-2Contractor and Subcontractors - able to provide Companyview of Construction schedule forecastdates.Responsible for overseeingContractor's schedule, KPI's, interfaces andadvises any potential schedule issues and provides guidance oncorrective actions and measures to mitigate any adversetrends.Liaise regularly with the Procurementteam to monitor alignment with the expediting report andconstruction schedule.Leads EPC-2 Contractor& Sub-contractor in development of the Quarterly scheduleupdates and supports the update of the planning package; includeshosting of schedule development & review sessions for theRecovery and or Forecast schedules with Construction teams atsite.Review schedules and forecasts preparedby EPC Contractor and Sub-contractor, participate in weekly ALTConstruction schedule workshops providing a planning view oncorrect schedule sequence.Regular progressmonitoring through physical verification at the work site. Liaisonwith site Construction management team and Contractors'teams in all Construction areas.Development ofKPIs by using Construction data for efficient tracking of all siteconstruction activities including Critical Path activities.Responsible to ensure validation of Contractors data and ensureawareness of anomalies.·ReviewContractors Progress Measurement System including Key Quantitiesand Job Hour norms relative to Productivity factors and report backfindings if anomalies are found.Respond toad-hoc analysis requests related to Construction schedule and KPIs.Prepare "what if" scenario schedules for reviewand discussion.
