MISSIONS: Design, construction, testing and commissioning of telecommunications and low current systems including fiber optics, CCTV, radio-communications, telephone system, digital data transmission, public address, clock system, passenger information displays and SCADA. Have advisory and acceptance role in technical issues related to design review and compliance with the Employer's Requirements (ER). Responsible to present to the Client any subject, study, proposal, issue related to the discipline. Acts in an advisory and acceptance role on technical issues related to design review and compliance with specifications. To review and approve all Contractor payment applications. PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Design, Implementation and T&C experience in Telecommunications Subsystems: CCTV, ACS, Telephony, Public Address System, Passenger Information System, etc. Experience in major railway transportation project. With at least 10 - 15 years of experience.
