Fintech-Rec recruit on behalf ofsome of the most recognized brands within FX, FinTech andPayments.Ourclient is seeking to hire a Junior FX Broker, ideally with aknowledge and understanding of deliverable FX, to join theircorporatedepartment.Ideallycandidates will have some experience or at least have a solidunderstanding of the deliverable FX product range. Knowledge ofselling/dealing Spot, Forward and options would serve as anadvantage but the focus for this role is ensuring candidates have asolid B2B sales mindset orbackground.Ourclient offers excellent career progression - with many seeingpromotion to senior broker, dealer and team leader positions. Theyoffer ongoing training and support throughout your career andensure each staff member has a fair pay review at the end each yearto ensure your salary grows with yourcontributions.RequirementsKeyresponsibilitiesResearching and qualifying potential clients to build a database ofleads Engaging and consulting withC-level executives of medium-large businesses ( 30m - 300m) acrossa diverse range of sectors. Cold calling will be your primary andpreferred method of engaging opportunitiesinitially. Utilise tools andcorporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting keyaccounts and businesses we are better positioned tohelp. You will develop relationshipwith your clients to better understand their business and how theyare exposed in FX. The goal is to offer the right FX hedgingsolution once you understand how the customer is challenged& exposed. Understanding thementality of solutions sales and having emotional intelligence isvital to being successful in thisrole. You will work closely with yoursales team and strategists to build and present valuable riskmanagement solutions to clients - in time learning how to developthese solutions yourself. You willdevelop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio ofclients to retain their business and grow yourportfolio. Develop corporatepartnerships and affiliaterelationships You will keep yourselfup to date with the latest market news. Ensuring trends andforecasts are reacted upon, your clients are aware of anyvolatility before / as it takes place - to ensure you are offeringcustomers the best hedging strategy within the FXindustry. The successful Junior FXBroker will need to be articulate, confident to display a clearlevel of intelligence when liaising with corporate FX clients andperform consistently in a role that is vital to the growth of thebusiness.
