Who we are:ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. The company is an online remittance service provider for customers from the UK, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, including Switzerland. ACE group of companies is having a diversified portfolio, including digital wallet services in the UK and real estate, advertising businesses, and software solutions in Pakistan.ACE Money Transfer is looking to hire HR Executive - Performance ManagementJob Description:The Human Resources Executive will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Performance Management Section. Review and update Job descriptions of ACE Group.Conduct employee Interviews, Manager meetings and research and development on updating Job descriptions of existing positions and new positions to be added.Have meetings with Department Manager and HR Manager/Head on Department Key Performance Indicators and addthe finalised KPIs on HRMS.Review and update the performance management system and suggest improvement areas after researching the Fintech company's best practices.Review and update suitability reports of multiple department employees as per KPIs and Job descriptions.Generatingemployee performance Suitability Reports on HRMS for probation employees.Arrange performance review meetings with HR Manager/Head.Generate Bi-annual performance appraisals of ACE Group on HRMS.Generate Annual performance appraisals of ACE Group on HRMS.Generate contract renewal reports on HRMS.Coordinate with the HR Operations section,Monitoring department, Quality assurance department etc., for employee review and feedback to be inculcated in employee performance reviews.Monitor group-levelperformance evaluation program and revises it as necessary.Suggest changes and improvement areas in the existing performance management practices of ACE Group.Reviewemployee contracts, employment agreements, non-discourse agreementsand other HR-related documents for HR compliance.Supporting the HR Unit Head in adequately implementing the HR Manual regarding performance management.Research and development regarding organisational policies and procedures as per guidelines of HR Manager/Head.Working on multiple existing policies of the HR department as per guidelines of the Manager/headand suggesting improvement areas.Coordinating with multiple departments regarding SOPs updates so they can update and submit them updated SOPs to the SEC committee.Under HR compliance, Managing EOBI & PESSI contributions of the companyetc.Understanding labour laws of Pakistan and other countries where ACE Operates and aligning HR policies accordingly.Perform other assigned tasks and dutiesby Manager/Unit Head HR.Job Specification:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources ManagementExcellent writing/Creative writing skillsGood English speaking skills Excellent Interpersonal skillsMinimum of 02 years of experience in core performance management.www.acemoneytransfer.com
