Lead the production of financialanalyses and presentations throughout theyear.Develop regular financial reports andanalysis forecasting and trending budget performance andinstitutional financial positioning for Finance and Operations andSenior Leadership team.Lead processes andcommunications regularly working with department budget ownersacross the organization to monitor and revise budgets throughoutthe year and life of project(s).Develop andmaintain templates and SOP's related to budgetmanagement.Work with the Finance team tostreamline internal financial reports and reporting processes todeliver more efficient, more effective, and more useful reports andanalysis.Provide training to staff on budgetmanagement processes and systemsProvide inputinto the development and implementation of the financedepartment's policies, systems, processes, andprocedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to supportan efficient and effective operation.Ensurecompliance with all relevant HSE&E and QM policies,procedures, and controls across the department to guaranteeemployee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-qualityservice standards and a responsible environmentalattitude.
