As a Product Specialist for payments, your role will center around the oversight and facilitation of projects within the online payment's spectrum, crucial for our e-commerce operations. Working in payments team requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a secure and smooth transaction experience for our online users.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of strategic projects.What does a Specialist Product- Payments do?Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment gateway.Analyze transaction data to detect patterns and trends, contributing to risk mitigation strategies.Identify areas for improvement in the e-commerce payment process and collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements.Work in tandem with marketing teams to devise and execute growth plans that capitalize on payment solutions to draw in new users.Conduct thorough testing of online payments integrations to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.Work with Product leadership to plan and deliver value added features into the JazzCash Payment Gateway.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
