Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE Key Roles& Responsibilities • Assist in the supervision ofloading and discharging of agency cargo vessels and ensurecompliance with company operational policies and standards;• Responsible for preparing and reporting of thesupervisory reports on loading and discharging activities;• Arrange berthing/un-berthing for agency vessels;• Monitor the discharging and loading activities of agencyvessels; • Responsible for agency vessels Port clearanceand immigration activities; • Coordinate with the Master /Chief officer of the vessels and ensure smooth operations.• Ensure timely handling of all documentation formalitiessuch as manifest reporting, vessel clearances, as well as departurereports and International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS)requirements; • Build and maintain effective workingrelationships with port authorities, customs, immigration and allother official parties concerned; • Maintain healthyrelationship with the customers & ensure continuoussupport. • Perform other job-related duties asassigned.
