• To promote & comply withapplicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures inall activities, • To carry out work in compliance withCOMPANY values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreedCOMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and proceduresand good industry practices, • Review and monitor theavailability of drawings, job instructions, material deliveries andtools • Review all Method Statements from CTR within hisfield of competence. • To ensure the technical roomsfabrication and equipment installation as per Approved forConstruction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, Procedures andSite Instructions. • Supervise the installation of allbulk and supports associated with its discipline. •Supervise the workmanship in particular for tubing runs and cablesinstallation and glanding. • Monitor that employees adherestrictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) projectdrawings, specifications, Procedures and Site Instructions.• Report to CPP INS/TEL superintendent for monitoringconstruction progress. • Responsible for monitoringcontractor's labor resources in accordance with approvedmobilization plan and report to CPP INS/TEL superintendent.• Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Worksystem • Ensure Contractors personnel have sufficienttraining and experience to carry out safe operations •Identification of any Non-Conformance linked to Fabrication (NCRs).• Review manufacturing records books • Monitorand/or approve all precommissioning activities performed byContractor / Subcontractors • To verify the completenessand correctness of the as built drawings and manage the finalproject documentation and ensure the complete handover to COMPANYCommissioning team. • Supervise the telecom activities.Minimum Requirements: • Qualification: Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent in engineering, • ProfessionalExperience in the offshore oil & gas project (number ofyears): 10 • Experience within project: (number of years):Familiar with Oil and Gas General Specifications, EDMS(PRODOM/MANASA). • Experience within project: (number ofyears): Familiar with Oil and Gas General Specifications, EDMS(PRODOM/MANASA). • Construction, Precommissioning, andQuality Inspection experience is required for Topside projects.• A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards andInternational codes/standards related to Instrument / Telecom andassociated component's • Good leadership skillsand good communication skills. • Good reporting skills,• Ability to work on projects in a complex andmulticultural environment
