Client Account Officer(Customer ServiceOfficer) Job location Dubaicandidatelocation UAEPurposeof the role:The Client Account(Customer Service) Officer is responsible tohandle the accounts ofMeal Plan customers and provide them withefficient customerservice. Key Areas of Responsibilities:Providehelp and advice to customers about products andservices.Communicate courteously withcustomers by telephone, email, letter,and face toface. Investigate and solve customers'problemswhilst working closely with the Team Leader. Responsible tokeep accurate records ofdiscussions or correspondencewithcustomers. Learn about organizations products,promotions orservices and keeps up to date withchanges. Responsible forcollecting money paidby clients for meal plans and update the moneycollectionschedule. Coordinate with the Nutritionists forclientsappointments. Ensure that all mealplans are created accuratelywhilst working closely with Nutrition Officers or the in-houseNutritionist.
