Maintains a strong workingrelationship with all departments to support property operationsand goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that mayarise through the general operation of theproperty.Communicates any variations to theestablished norms to the appropriate department in a timelymanner.Sends copy of MOD report to alldepartments on a daily basis.Strives toimprove service performance.Ensures compliancewith all policies, standards andprocedures.Emphasizes guest satisfactionduring all departmental meetings and focuses on continuousimprovement.
