Title: Payroll Specialist Duration: 12 months Location: Singapore Roles Description: We are currently looking for a temporary position which expected to process and manage the regional payroll covering Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan . Handling daily payroll operations whilst ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Responsibilities and Tasks here:
- Process monthly payroll (Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan) including preparation of paperwork and data entry for all New Hires, Leavers and employee life cycle changes using ADP SAP
- Assist in payroll transactions and reporting; ensure all the payments are processed accurately and timely
- Understand Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan taxation and knowledgeable in Labour Ordinance
- Assist in preparing the tax returns/ payroll reports and daily operation reports.
- Work collaboratively with external vendors, local HR teams to ensure payroll systems provide accurate and appropriate data payments to employees.
- Prepare materials for regular/ad hoc audit check by internal and external auditors
- Assist Payroll Manager/Country Operations Manager as required
- Manage daily administrative work
- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
- Good understanding in Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan Labour Ordinance
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experienced in payroll related environment
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Good communication skills
- Self-initiative, proactive and independent
- Work well under pressure
