3rd Line IT Engineer Up to £50,000 Antrim area Hybrid (flexible) The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from junior support teams. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of service levels. The Role Providing 3rd line support - resolving hardware & software issues Assisting with system administration Technical escalation point for less senior staff members. Maintain and improve IT documentation. The Ideal Person Experience providing 3rd line support. Knowledge of Windows based systems.
