If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating complex projects in a technical environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Our client is based in Citywest Business Park and is currently recruiting for a highly organized and proactive individual to join their team as a Service and Installations Administrator. This is a permanent role & salary is €40k pa plus pension. DUTIES OF THE ROLE: Team Coordination:

    • Effectively coordinate and schedule a team of 8 engineers for service and installation projects.
    • Monitor and manage workloads to ensure timely project completion.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and other departments.
Subcontractor Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
    • Coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors as needed.
Equipment Logistics:
    • Arrange the hire of specialist equipment required for service and installation projects.
    • Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of equipment to and from project sites.
    • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Project Planning and Support:
    • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting.
    • Anticipate and proactively address any logistical challenges that may arise during projects.
Communication:
    • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between the engineering team, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Update project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
THE IDEAL CANADIDATE :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
