Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse caseload within the Defence Insurance Team, covering areas such as personal injury, professional liability, and property damage claims. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to formulate effective defense strategies. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Collaborating with senior attorneys and team members to provide comprehensive legal support. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on insurance defense. Strong understanding of insurance law and relevant regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
