Head of Legal (Digital Assets)

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and legal documents, including contracts for digital media and blockchain products, as well as investment and acquisition agreements.
• Provide legal support to clients, advising on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and offering guidance on blockchain projects.
• Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements in the blockchain space through conducting research.

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, preferably with experience in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong proficiency in reviewing and drafting commercial and investment contracts with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive problem solver, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible working hours, occasionally requiring work beyond standard business hours and on weekends.
• Genuine interest in the digital currency industry and a passion for crypto-related topics and investments will be advantageous.
