As Head of Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's performance marketing strategy. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and a deep understanding of our target audience. This is a broad role, with 360 ownership performance channels. In this position, you will be a key member of Creative Fabrica's senior management.

The initial focus will be on Demand Generation through the hiring and structuration of a high-performing, ROI-driven team to manage our core acquisition channels. You will also be instrumental in building the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.

A strategic thinker with a bias for action, you know how to balance long-term thinking with rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You believe in marketing strategies that can be measured.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-orientation.

Define target customer segments and create marketing strategies to reach them.

Lead efforts to acquire new subscribers through various marketing channels (with a focus on the performance channels).

Establish key performance indicators, and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.

Support the launch of Creative Fabrica's new products.

Work closely with the executive team to develop the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.

Your Profile:

7+ years experience: A solid track record in operational marketing across various positions, including 5+ years managing teams.

Experience with B2C subscription business: Havingsuccessfully driven customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.

Budget Management: Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.

Digital Marketing: In-and-out knowledge combined with first-hand experience in operating digital marketing channels (such as SEO, SEA, Affiliates, referrals, and e-mail).

Marketing Analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.

Tools:Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
