Interim CFO (Tech)

Camino Search is currently engaged and pleased to be working with a leading Software company based in the Netherlands, which is backed by a leading PE Sponsor.We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic team. We will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business operations in the Netherlands, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial stability during this transitional period.Responsibilities:Introduce best practices, and internal finance controls to the businessProvide partnership to the CEO and FounderDevelop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.Build robust financial modelling and reporting Develop KPI dashboards and MI reporting for stakeholders RequirementsProven experience as a CFO or FD in a Software business.Previous experience working with Private Equity Investors Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.Fluency in Dutch and English.
