You understand our strategy and see what systemoptimizations we need to achieve our target growth goals. In addition, you willmanage our existing IT team and you will be able to make the shift fromreactive to more proactive and you can ensure more interaction between the ITteam and the rest of the organization. In this role you will participate in the strategic development of BRB and translate the needs into a digital strategy and roadmap - taking into account and inspiring the BRB stakeholders of fit for purpose solutions which are available in the market. You have a customer focus (external and internal) within an international environment. You make yearly plans to implement the strategy, monitor the budget and manage the roadmaps taking into account all necessary compliance (cybersecurity, availability, etc).Furthermoreyou wil govern and steer the implementation of BRB digital strategy, roadmap,framework and policy while complying to applicable countries statutoryrequirements. You are responsible for ensuring the sustainability of thirdparty operations, integrity and reliability of the IT services.As an experienceddigitalization manager, we don't need to tell you further what the workentails. On the one handpart of a large international and listed company like PETRONAS, but on theother hand part of a smaller international company that functions more like afamily business. Part of your job is to connect the two and get both sides onboard.With theacquisition by PETRONAS, a huge growth strategy has been agreed upon,accompanied by large investments. You are closely involved in writing the IT businesscases and and responsible for the IT budget.Postionwithin the companyThis role falls directly under our CFO, HeidiJanssens. You will be our sole head of digitization and will lead our IT teamin this role. You will also collaborate extensively with other departments andour branches around the world, as well as PETRONAS.
