Job Summary: Talent Development & Engagement is responsible for developing people's capabilities and future proofing HKEX's talent pipeline for the long-term. The team is also responsible for providing a positive employee experience to our people through different diversity & inclusion networks, employee sports and interest clubs, and wellness programmes. It also strives to encourage our employees to reach their full potential and to bring their whole self to work. Job Duties: Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Development and Engagement team in developing and deploying practices and programs focusing on leadership development, performance management, succession planning and engagement
  • Plan and implement curated development experiences such as mentoring programme, enterprise-wide workshops and initiatives to upskill the organisation
  • Lead and facilitate programmes for managers and leaders independently
  • Coordinate and support conducting annual succession planning and talent assessment to ensure critical roles are identified
  • Co-manage the learning calendar, and training dataset, to ensure high quality output from talent programmes and initiatives
  • Implement various tools of learning needs identification and assessments such as training analysis, surveys, business brainstorming, one-to-one meetings with business partners
  • Provide progress reports to senior management and other HR Teams on relevant talent development initiatives (e.g. learning curriculum, team building, graduate programmes)
  • Effectively measure impact of all learning interventions by monitoring the success of the programs enabling employees to make the most of learning opportunities and deliver value for the business
  • Manage and update learning content on iLearn, HKEX's learning management system, overseeing the learning themes
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects to support the Talent Development team, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in HR or Organisational Psychology
  • At least 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years' experience in Talent and Succession Planning, Talent assessment and Development for mid to large size regional/ global organisation
  • Knowledgeable and well versed in talent management and organizational development (e.g. leadership development, succession planning, engagement)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple tasks and programmes
  • Strong track record of implementing and leading training and leadership programmes. Demonstrate project management and organisation skills
  • Certified in multiple talent assessment (e.g. Hogan, Facet5) will be preferred
  • Tri-lingual in Putonghua, Cantonese and English is desired, with good attention to detail in both written and oral communications
  • Reliable, dependable with a 'can-do' approach and who has demonstrated HKEX values of Integrity, Excellence, Diversity, Engagement and Collaboration in their career to date
