What will I bedoing?As a Cook, you areresponsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Cook will alsobe required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute todepartmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:Prepare and present high qualitydishes within company guidelinesKeep allworking areas clean and tidy and ensure no crosscontaminationPrepare all mis-en-place for allrelevant menusAssist other departmentswherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationshipsReport maintenance, hygiene andhazard issuesComply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety and food safetylegislation
