IR MANAGER - HOSPITALITY / GAMING (FOURWAYS, JOHANNESBURG)

RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalent qualification.Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.HR Diploma or Degree will be preferred.Labour Law Degree or similar qualification.Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in an HR environment, with a focus on Industrial Relations.Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.Ability to travel nationally as required.Own transport and valid driver's license.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
