OSS/BSS Transformation Program Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically working with Charging, CRM, Billing, Networking, VAS and CORE systems within a Telco service provider. Strong technical understanding of OSS/BSS systems, associated technologies, and industry trends.Proven track record in successfully managing complex Telco projects, delivering results on time and within budget.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Knowledge of TMForum Business Process Framework, ETOM and ODA will be an added advantage.
