The portfolio of services overseen includes: catering, cleaning, security, gardening, hygiene, pest control, medical and general waste management, laundry services, and coffee shop operations.Qualifications:Degree or National Diploma at NQF level 7 in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.Experience & knowledge:Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing outsourced/insourced Soft Services and Integrated Facilities Management.Minimum 3 years' experience managing large teams.Knowledge and exposure in Industrial Relations.Experience within the Healthcare sector is advantageous.Experience in procurement, facilities management, and SLA management.Knowledge of contract management and health and safety regulations.Strong technical skills including report writingKey Responsibilities:Facilities:Ensure the facility is always maintained in a clean and hygienic state.Procure additional soft services in a timely manner as required.External Service Providers:Identify applicable services and service providers in collaboration with Group Procurement.Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regularly to ensure compliance.Quality Management Systems:Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2008 and ISO1400:2004 standards.Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.Financial:Participate in budgeting processes and monitor expenditure.Effectively manage costs associated with outsourced services.People:Recruit, retain, and develop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
