Head Chef

Our client a delightful culinary establishment known for its charming ambiance and delectable cuisine. Is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef who is passionate about food and great service.Responsibilities/Duties (not limited to):Proven track record as Head ChefGood knowledge of techniques, flavor combinations, and plating and presentations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.Good knowledge of food cost and menu planning.Have experience cooking for groups.Requirements:MatricRelevant experience/qualificationExperience with events and guests (Hosting weddings, tour group bookings, and walk-in guests)The restaurant is daytime service and events and or functions at nightOwn transport is a MUST
