About the job QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Accounting Firm)QuickBooks BookkeeperAccounting Firm in the USA who are a premier provider of a wide range of outsourced accounting and financial business services, are currently looking to expand their team of experienced, full charge bookkeepers to assist, review and manage their accounting staff.Typical Functions:Reconcile bank, credit card and merchant account transactionsBill Pay and invoicingAccounts ReceivableInventoryMonthly financial closingsBudgeting, projections and financial analysisAssisting with financial projectsAssist in preparing financial statements for audit, review, and compilation engagements.General reviewing, training, and guiding account managers (specific to senior account managers)Qualifications a MUST:5 Years experience of relevant accounting/bookkeeping work experience, including monthly financial closings.An understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)Required Skills:Outstanding communication skills, both oral and writtenAccountableResourcefulProblem solverPays attention to detailSelf-motivatedA team playerLeadership qualitiesUSA Working Hours 3pm to 11pm
