Role Purpose:

As the Sales Manager for the Maintenance & Repair Division, you'll spearhead sales, account management and business development efforts, ensuring seamless access to critical services for clients across various industries.

From repairs to upgrades, our technical team stands ready to deliver timely solutions, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development initiatives for maintenance and repair services. Forge strategic partnerships to expand our reach and enhance service offerings. Oversee the delivery of comprehensive maintenance and repair solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Champion preventative maintenance programs to mitigate downtime and ensure client satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in driving sales and business development initiatives, particularly in maintenance and repair services. A well-developed and robust network within the industrial, mechanical, and civil infrastructure sectors. Strong mechanical and/or electrical acumen to enhance client trust and confidence.
