About the Role: WorkPac on behalf of our leading Energy client are seeking a Junior Project Engineer â Civil or Mechanical to join the team at Kwinana Power Station. General knowledge of key elements of standard construction contract commercial conditions. Strong people management skills, highly developed communication skills, ability to provide clear and frank feedback to achieve success, ability to lead through change, ability to prioritise workflow and work at a tactical level. Strong but pragmatic decision-making ability. A drive to get things done and see them through to completion. A flexible approach and the ability to influence and motivate others. Key Requirements: Essential - Project Management / Business / Engineering / Trade A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/ contract management, engineering and construction environment. Preferred - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, or related field. Track record of project management on client side, successfully managing contractors delivering packages in range of AUD $10-100 million An understanding of decommissioning/demolition/site remediation
