Digital Marketing Automation SpecialistAbout the role and teamOur Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence manage digital online performance and deliver market leading solutions to drive significant customer growth, revenue, and enhance experiences online that acknowledge customer's choice and are relevant to their diverse and evolving needs.Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist (internally referred to as Digital Marketing Communications Specialist) to join the team. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Communications Manager you will coordinate, plan, develop, and execute online content and targeted customer communication across email, letter, call campaigns, and SMS.Collaborating cross functionally to ensure that campaign briefs and processes are aligned to the overall customer contact strategy. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days per week based in the office.As the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll get to: Leverage data to effectively design and deliver campaignsChallenge the way we design 'always on' campaign builds to maximise efficiencyLead campaign execution across digital marketing platformsCollaborate with key stakeholders and provide best practice recommendations for campaign deliveryPractice robust quality assurance methodologies in line with the agreed build and execution frameworkLeverage knowledge and insights to identify and drive Marketing engagement opportunitiesBuild content that aligns to style guidelines, digital standards and tone of voiceChampion accessibility and inclusivity for customers across digital channels About youTo be successful in the role, you'll have: Experience with Unica Suite (v10.1 or greater) is preferred however experience in other Marketing Technology platforms such as: Adobe Campaign, Pega, SAS360 is desirableStrong SQL or Database skillsGood understanding of relational database structures is desirableDemonstrated experience delivering, monitoring, and evaluating digital communications plan/campaign with web, social, and other digital reportingA proven record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaigns/solutionsUnderstanding of development standards and HTMLExperience working in a team utilising an Agile and/or waterfall development methodologies is desirable We believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business.
