Sales and Business Development Consultant

Due to the consistent growth of the company, Contractors United are looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant and motivated individual to join our team on a Full time Basis as a Business Development and Sales Executive four our Labour Hire Division.The RoleThe main objective of the role will be to Assist in facilitating the Growth of the business and building long term lasting relationships with Clients throughout the greater Sydney Region in the Blue Collar Construction industry.In addition to completing Sales activities, you will also assist in the management of Candidates and ensuring all sites are safe and compliant to current safety standards. Training and mentoring will be provided but being results driven and motivated in this role is a must and previous Business Development, Sales experience in the Construction Blue collar field will be highly regarded.What we need from youA Proven Track record of at least 12 months experience in Blue Collar labour hire Sales and Business Development (will be highly regarded)Provision of exceptional customer service to both clients and employees with Strong negotiation Skills and exceptional relationship Building skillsAbility to multitask and be proactive with excellent communication skillsAbility to Prioritise tasks, show initiative and of course be a team player whilst getting the job done!Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher)A strategic Thinker who can Show resilience in the changing labour marketFun, positive and outgoing Can Do attitude and a great personalityTypical responsibilitiesBuild New Client Base and sustain current client relationships.Assist with job advertisements, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews.Be proactive in Business Development and recruiting from all avenues.Manage the on boarding process of new starters, including site visits and Client Management.Schedule and allocate employees to various jobs on a daily basis where requiredAssist with management of workers compensation claims, including creating or obtaining incident reports, liaising with worker, host employer and insurance company to get the injured employee back to work.Sales data entry and management.Identify opportunities and pursue in an organised and timely manner.Why should you apply!We are looking for someone who fits our positive team culture, where we hope you will learn and develop with our growing company.The successful applicant will have their own office, be offered a generous salary Package, Sales Bonus' and enjoy the perks of a work / life balance.If you want to love coming to work - apply today!Your application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Sales and Business Development Consultant?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have?How many hours are you available to work per week?Report this job advert
