Clinical Psychologist - Clinic-Based - Child & Adolescent Mental Health Job title:  Clinical Psychologist - Clinic-Based - Child & Adolescent Mental Health

Salary : $100K to $180K per annum + super + profit share arrangement

Location: Stirling, WA

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you'll have:

The flexibility to work with your ideal clients and provide therapy in a manner aligned with your unique style A range of referral pathways and client presentations to work with You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other health professionals, fostering an environment of teamwork and learning Opportunities for assessments for those interested  Options to also work with adult clients if you want a balanced caseload Options to provide supervision to other team members

  What's on Offer Work-life Balance - We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible shifts that suit your preferences. You can choose to work either a morning or afternoon client shift, not both. This gives you the flexibility to integrate other parts of your life such as time for self-care and catching up with loved ones. Caseloads are capped at 5-6 clients per day leaving plenty of time for administration and non-client-facing activities. We also provide options for remote work for non-clinical tasks and part-time employment if desired.

The 5th day is allocated as a paid work-from-home admin day, however, if your admin is up-to-date then this can be taken as a day off. Alternatively, we offer the option of a contractor model based on an hourly rate per client.
