Country Manager. Australia And New Zealand

As  Country Manager - Australia & New Zealand , you will: Responsible for the sales and business development of HVACR, Cold Chain and Comfort Control business in Australia and New Zealand. Drive accurate monthly sales forecasting, monitor sales metrics and sales performance of the team to accomplish sales targets and business plans. Drive short/mid-term New Business Opportunities (NBO) with support from in-region/AMEA vertical leaders & integrated solutions support team. These activities will also include adjacent market opportunities. Responsible for review, establishment and administration of customer contracts, NDA's, distribution agreements, sales agreements, etc. Champion Copeland with Industry or government influencers and represent Copeland in market/industry events in the region. Collaborate with Operation/Distribution leader to ensure optimal performance for distribution operations and exceptional experience for customers. Build effective team by coaching, engaging, inspiring and developing people to meet both their career goals and the organizational needs. Ensure compliance with Copeland policies and local legal requirements. Required education, experienced and skills: Bachelor Degree / Diploma in HVAC&R, Refrigeration, Food Services, or relevant disciplines MBA graduate an advantage but not required Industry experience helpful, or at a minimum industrial business management experience Experience working with OEMS and distributors/channel partners Track record of success Demonstratable management and leadership skills Complete understanding and prior experience in sales Superior collaboration, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills Networking ability and organizational savvy Current authorisation to work in Australia preferred.
