Development Team Lead

This candidate will be managing a team of Engineers and managing the internal applications for my client. Dealing with external software vendors & internal teams to ensure the applications are updated and servicing their users. Responsibilities Managing over 50+ internal applications Managing the day to day operations of their team (3 - 6 direct reports) Resource planning and recruitment Conducting code reviews and performance reviews Qualifications Experience working within high volume enterprise IT environments Technical team management experience .NET Development Experience (7 + years is a nice to have) Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and vendors This is a Permanent position Sydney based hybrid (3 in office / 2 from home) $160,000 - $180,000 + Super Australian Citizen's or PR's only please - no sponsorship offered Please apply directly or reach out to me directly at ****** At Motion Recruitment, we're dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
