This is a hybrid work-from-home and office role. Based regionally? This role can be worked 100% from home. About the Opportunity You will be responsible for managing 6-8 people, leading and managing the daily operations, to ensure settlement tasks and compliance are fulfilled. Some responsibilities will include: Ensure the team provides a high level of customer service with a wide range of stakeholders Coach and develop team members to help improve productivity and team morale Regularly meet with team members, manage the roster and facilitate huddles to promote continuous workflow Handle any escalated matters Ensure settlements are completed in a timely matter, with minimal errors Ensure constant vigilance regarding the risk of fraud Provide relevant data to internal management, the dealer network, and third parties ***Please note, that 1-2 times a month, you would be required to work a Saturday, but you will receive time in lieu. About You Ideally, you will have experience working in a Settlements role within the finance industry coupled with experience leading a team.
