Kids inspired allied health and creative learning centre was established in January 2019 by Director and Principal Psychologist Deni Fowle. Bringing over 20 years of experience in working with children and young people in juvenile justice, mental health and private practice settings, Deni also draws upon her lived-experience perspective as a parent of neurodivergent children to create an environment that fosters compassion, inclusiveness and celebrates diversity. Initially housed in a small 2-room centre in Flora Street, Kirrawee, the growing team designed the new custom-built centre in the middle of Kirrawee Shopping Village in January 2020, now housing 8 therapy spaces and the vibrant, colourful co-work/creative learning space. Our unique centre facilitates joy, comfort, self-care and great team-bonding opportunities - with playful and colourful interior design, full accessibility with ramps and an internal passenger lift, and a massive variety of arts and crafts materials, educational and therapeutic resources and equipment, and of course - heaps of toys and games!
