You will have good knowledge of design review processes,well-developed time management & organisational skills andsound negotiation and problem-solving skills, including an abilityto effectively manage meetings and gain the cooperation of adiverse range of stakeholders Key focus areas include  Under limited direction, providing assistance to the CityArchitect by researching data, producing drawings and reportsto assist major projects, supporting the delivery of Cityprojects, and providing advice to aid reviews of buildingprojects. Undertaking internal research projects, such as reviewingproject options. Research and assisting in the design of strategicdevelopment opportunities for the City. Identifying, investigating and reporting on architecturalissues up to medium level complexity. Operate in project teams on a range of complex,multi-disciplinary and specialist projects. Assist in reviews of development proposals up to mediumlevel complexity.
