The Role We are looking for a highly motivated creative with a designer's eye and a strategic mindset. You should be able to inspire change, challenge thinking and develop excellent creative work for Merivale's portfolio of iconic brands. You will Produce creative which is unique and creates cut-through in our venues and in the market Conceptualise and develop campaigns, tactical initiatives and activations Be ideas-focussed, with the ability to reveal unique thinking Create and support our iconic venue brands, as well as retail and in-venue brands Contribute to strategy and insights Lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams Manage projects end-to-end, often working on multiple projects at once Love the detail, but never lose sight of the bigger strategic picture Play a key role in the development, engagement and performance of the creative team via creative support and inspiration Work collaboratively across the business, including with marketing, digital, styling, sales and events, and venue operations. The Requirements As the ideal candidate for this role, you have: Around 5 years of relevant experience in a studio or agency Experience working on hospitality, lifestyle and retail brands will be highly valued. Proven excellence at designing and delivering successful campaigns and brands A strong portfolio demonstrating your aesthetic in branding and design. Attention to detail and a passion for design and creativity. A love for typography, art direction, way-finding, and design. A curious, creative and strategic thinker. Go all in.
