This opportunity As the Group Telesales Retention Manager, you will play a key in the development and implementation of the Vodafone, TPG and iiNet Group's Retention strategy. The role is responsible for building a high-performance team culture and supporting operational teams across multiple locations to achieve our goals. The role works across all consumer segments, and in close collaboration with other channel owners, products, brand, customer lifecycle management, finance and other customer operations teams to deliver a superior customer experience and maximise profitable growth.

Responsibilities You will monitor and drive the performance of our retention teams on Churn and value Channel mix, customer Transactional Net Promoter Scores (TNPS). By tracking and optimising these metrics, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our business forward.This is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing plans aligned to the functional strategy as set by your manager across TPG Group's Customer Retention. This will include aligning strategic direction for the areas of expertise you are responsible for with the functional strategy.You will lead the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the delivery and performance of systems, processes, and services within your remit, to continuously improve organisational results.You will be responsible for identifying and leading improvement opportunities within the team, as well as ensuring appropriate controls are in place to manage risks, including the protection of TPG groups systems and information.Knowledge and experience A tertiary degree in sales, marketing or business management or equivalent would be desirable.Demonstrable sales leadership skills & experience managing large teams in diverse locations.Significant commercial experience, including management experience.Considerable experience in sales and/or retention.Experience managing within fast-changing and complex industries.Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)'Stay Connected Mobile' - Access to a free mobile plan'Stay Connected NBN' - Access to a free NBN 100 plan'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every yearAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsBolder and better together!
