Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry;

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations; and

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
