We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator with Purchasing and IT Contracts skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of projects, including procurement of IT-based hardware, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

• Manage and coordinate the procurement process for IT-based hardware, including raising purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring their compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to ensure effective contract administration and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan, including IT, Finance, and Legal teams.

Key Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, and vendor management.

• Strong experience in managing IT-based hardware procurement and related contracts.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with contract management tools and techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
