Due to our continued growth and project pipeline, there is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Statutory Planner to join our APAC Planning team.

Our team is made up of a group of highly skilled and motivated Planners with an enthusiastic approach to life and work. We currently service a pipeline of projects within the commercial, health and sustainable energy sectors. With the majority of our 20+ Planning team based in Newcastle NSW, we are looking to expand our existing operations in the VIC region to provide greater availability and access for our clients.

Based out of the SLR Melbourne office overlooking the MCG, this is an exciting opportunity for a leader in their field, who is looking for an opportunity to grow a team around our well-respected band.

This role offers an opportunity to become a pivotal part of the planning team, both leading and growing a team within the VIC market. 

The planning team and are dynamic and fast paced team. We are looking for a leader to continue to enable us to deliver quality, commercial planning outcomes for our existing clients and beyond. The right person will make this role their own, therefore the specifics of the job tasks are up for discussion. 

Skills and experience

Not only will you bring a great attitude and enthusiastic approach to your work, ideally you will also have:A degree in town planning or equivalent 10+ or more years working experience within a consulting business with direct experience in a town planning, property, development Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and grow client relationshipsA thorough understanding of project budgets and deliverables while maintaining excellent client service that we are known forStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to take the initiative and be proactive in your workplace and implement new ideas Benefits
