Senior Financial Accountant

Fast-growing manufacturingSuits practice trained CABroad role with room to progress The Opportunity Our client is a fast-growing PE-backed FMCG business who have achieved impressive growth in the past two years via organic growth and acquisitions. On offer is a Senior Financial Accountant role, 2IC to the Financial Controller, and a clear path to grow to Finance Manager within the company. The culture is fast-paced and dynamic, and the ideal candidate has strong technical grounding, coupled with a willingness to take on broader tasks such as supporting with process improvements, system implementations, and working on M&A integration projects.  

The Challenge Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, some of your key responsibilities will include:

Month-end activities such as review of balance sheet recs, the GL and coordinating a timely closing processCash-flow reportingLiasing with the external auditors and advisorsPreparation of month-end management accounts and commentarySupporting with board-pack preparation, to be presented to the ELTOverseeing a small AP, AR and Payroll teamProject work, such as supporting with an ERP system implementation, and supporting with acquisitions accounting The Expertise Please apply for the position if you have most of the following:
