Job Description:
Comcast is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and social media- Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical issues, and account maintenance- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers- Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution times
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in using online support tools and customer relationship management systems- A passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
