This role is tasked with analysing operational data, optimising workflow, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to enhance overall productivity within the hydraulic rock drills and related products area.Your key Responsibilities:Planning in jobs from NSA requirements weeklyPlanning in jobs from Stock Management and forecasting for the futureScheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverageOrdering of items from Min Report weeklyOrdering of items from NSA Report weeklyTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryMonth end reportingBatch costs and costing of individual inventory itemsParts cost analysisTo be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:Proven experience in planning and analysisDemonstrated ability to define and carry out project plans.Strong analytical skillsComputer literacy in Word, outlook, excel, Info Board & PowerPointMust have strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal skillsExcellent internal and external report writing skills, with a high level of attention to detailThis is a Great Opportunity for driven individuals who are looking for a long-term and rewarding role with a strong, stable company.
