Job Summary Responsible, under the general direction of the P&PM Coordinator, for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization, either independently or in collaboration with others. Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of over-all objectives of assigned tasks, updates of work in progress, and approval of the incumbent's findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development. Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area. Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities. Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs. Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline. 5-7 years of related experience, preferably at GC (Grade Level) 12-14. Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management. Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, as well as in cross-functional settings. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint. Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills related to Treasury functions. Attention to detail is essential.
