Are you a dynamic client experience professional who is motivated by enriching the lives of people with Disability and passionate about leading client co-design and continuous improvement? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred innovator to lead the design of true client-led services brand and quality across Community Services products, services, and locations to ensure Sunnyfield delivers our mission of enriching the lives of people with Disability.Reporting to the Operations Manager of Community Services, you'll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring and innovative leadership in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. You will lead and deliver the client strategic initiatives including accountability of outcomes and culture of continuous improvement.
