Hvac Technician

The Role:We have an opportunity for a qualified HVAC to join our Ventia team, located at Keswick Barracks. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm. This opportunity is $37.08 per hour with the opportunity to be on call as well as a vehicle to be used purely for work purposes. Benefits: VenPerks - Employee rewards program. Key responsibilities of this role include: Installation, maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Diagnosis of faults and problems, repair HVAC systems and ensure test plans are in accordance with quality and technical procedures, work instructions and safe practices. Complete work orders and verify tasks in accordance with defence requirements. Carry out auditing & condition assessments of defence assets. Ensure all safety and quality documentation is accurately recorded. Your skills/experience: Fully qualified, Refrigeration and AC Technician. SA Restricted Electrical Licence. (Desirable) Extensive fault-finding knowledge. Experienced in applicable standards, codes, and regulations. Minimum 5 years' experience across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. (Inclusive of apprenticeship) Must hold valid Driving Licence and have a reliable vehicle. Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an ADF Clearance.
