Video & Visual Content Producer

About UsOneSchool Global is a truly global school, with 125 campuses, across 20 countries, and over 9000 students and 2000 staff and volunteers.About the RoleThe Video & Visual Content Producer supports the global communications team in the production of engaging content for internal and external communication channels. You will develop content for a range of platforms and properties, and will include medium such as digital, video and graphic design.  Manage content development and production to support digital channels including social platforms, website and digital marketing activity.Write, film, edit and produce video content for internal and external communication channels.Lead the Graphic Design function, including the oversight and leadership of the Graphic Design Officer, ensuring quality visual design is developed for a range of assets including print and digital.Take the lead for pre-production planning and research for film content and coordinate shoots remotely and, at times, in person.Conduct interviews in both pre-production and production.Manage external film production companies and/or videographers and photographers.Bring creative insight to the curation of content from across the globe to support a regular pipeline of video content aligned to the social media and internal communications strategy.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand content and graphic design requirements and deliver creative solutions.Lead the production of quality graphic design, ensuring the strong visual representation of the OneSchool Global brand.About youProven experience in a similar Content Producing role with the following skills is essential: Writing, filming and editing of video content.Camera operationVideo production programs (Adobe Creative Suite for exampleGraphic design and graphic design programsDigital content productionWhat's in it for you?To work in a new role that is truly Global that will have impact across a multi-region organisation.Free catered lunch daily from our onsite restaurant cooked by our amazing chefs.Our facilities are state of the art, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement.Highly collaborative and supportive culture.The OneSchool Global Culture is based on strong values, and we have a supportive and dynamic team of educators and professional staff across the globe.OneSchool Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
