The Role: Circa 150 properties with loads of support Mainly in-office duties Handling maintenance Prepare CMA's & lease renewals Attend QCAT where required Manage arrears Conduct exit condition reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants NO LEASING
