You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support in consultation with the P&C Manager. What will I be doing? This role works closely with our Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Providing coaching and guidance performance development, talent management, on boarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing * Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives * Conducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviews * Developing and facilitating focused training programs to support team growth and development * Maintaining strong business partnerships with your stakeholders What experience do I have? You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.
