We currently have an opportunity for a Senior HSE Engineer to provide subject matter expertise to the Honeywell BuildingSolutions Business across NSW/ACT and be the key point of contact within theallocated district. Reporting to the APAC HSE Director, you will assistBusiness Managers and Leaders in delivering the HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP)and drive the company's safety culture.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively lead HSE elements for all transition activities within the regionHSE oversight of all HBT and non-HBT employees at the various OLRS (office & low risk site) locationsDevelop & deploy in partnership with the HBT HSE teams subject matter experts, the district strategy for HSE, Business Continuity, Office & low risk sites (OLRS), SustainabilityProactively lead HSE elements for all transition activities within the regionAssist in resolving potential non-compliance, enforcement actions or litigation regarding HSE mattersExperience & Capabilities: Minimum 3 years' experience in driving & deploying HSE within a businessBSc or MSc degree in HSE or EngineeringKnowledgeable in HSE compliance, emerging regulations, and trendsStrong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationExperience working with service, process, facilities maintenance, or construction industries desiredAbout Us
